Estimados padres y madres, disculpad el cruce de informaciones y la confusión que se creó ayer sobre las videollamadas. Seguimos trabajando Wes y yo en la mejor forma de organizarlo. Esta semana respetaremos los días y horarios que habéis puesto en la hoja que os pasó Wes. Para la semana que viene ya os diremos cómo se va a hacer.

Monday, 11th of May

Estimadas familias, esta semana comenzaremos las videoconferencias con Wes. 2º A será el martes y 2º B el jueves. Wes ya ha enviado un correo a 2º A para que os apuntéis a la hora que os venga mejor (entre las 11 y la 1 pm).
También os podéis apuntar a una clase que ha creado Wes en Google classroom en la que pondrá algunas actividades. Esto es opcional. La información está en el correo que os ha enviado (a 2º B se lo enviará próximamente).

• Book (page 96): Do activities 1 (listen and say) and 2 (sing the song).
• Navio: 3rd set of activities: watch the animated story again. 4th set of activities: Do the activities.
• Activity book (page 93): Do activities 1 and 2.

SOCIAL S.: Autonomous Comunities (pages 76-77)

• Listen and read the first box 2 times.
• Do activities 1 to 4.
• Listen and read the last paragraph. Copy it in your notebook.
• In you notebook, write the name of the president of Comunidad de Madrid and draw the flag of Comunidad de Madrid.

ATENCIÓN MADRES Y PADRES: Próximamente vamos a probar a hacer videoconferencias con Wes, el auxiliar de conversación. Han pasado demasiado tiempo sin practicar las habilidades orales en Inglés y hemos pensado que esta sería una buena forma de que practicaran. Si lo vemos viable continuaríamos hasta final de curso. Sería 1 día a la semana durante 15-20 min. Los interesados por favor, enviadme un correo con el email que queréis que usemos para enviaros el enlace.

¡IMPORTANTE! He enviado al chat de padres unos códigos para tener los libros digitales de Inglés (New High Five). Estos códigos hay que añadirlos a Navio y así se pueden hacer las actividades en el ordenador y no en el libro de papel. De este modo yo puedo ver lo que hacen. SI ALGUIEN NO ESTÁ EN EL CHAT QUE ME ENVÍE UN CORREO Y LE MANDO LOS CÓDIGOS.

También tengo algunos códigos de Navio para el que tenía problemas o no tenía código. Que me escriba un email por favor.

Today is Friday and the weekend is around the corner, Time to rest and enjoy. But today we have to do some work:

ENGLISH: Story

• Navio: Go tho the third set of activities. First just listen to the story. Second, listen and read. Answer the questions. Watch the animated story.
• Book (pages 94-95): Read the story aloud (change the voice for different characters or find someone to read it with you). Do activity 2.
• Activity book (page 92): Do activities 1 and 2

SOCIAL S.: 

• Print and do this worksheet about population: Population 5.1  (CUIDADO: van las respuestas)

ARTS AND CRAFTS: Mother´s Day

I know, I know... mother´s day was last Sunday. But that was in Spain. In many other countries, like USA and many more, it´s the second Sunday of May... this Sunday!!

• Book (page 93): Read the dialogue aloud. Copy the grammar box in your notebook. Do activity 2.
• Activity book (page 91): Do activities 1 and 2.

• Listen and read the first box. Copy it in your notebook. Highlight the important words.
• Do exercises 1 to 6
• Find on the internet the population of Madrid City and Comunidad de Madrid. Write it in your notebook.

• Book (page 92): Read the song. Find the vocabulary in the picture. Put the stickers.
• Navio: Do the first set of activities. When you say the chant point to the stickers.
• Activity book (page 90): Do activities 1 and 2.
